NextRole · Hyperdrift commercial product
Meet customers in their assistant.
NextRole brings its career tools into the conversation where someone is already working on their next move.
Someone asks their assistant
“Check this CV against the role.”
NextRole’s score_cv tool returned
“The query optimisation bullet is quantified (12s to 3s) and covers the required SQL query optimisation skill.”Response excerpt · live MCP check, 4 October 2026 · fictional CV and job. Inspect the inputs and result ↗ For your product
Let customers bring you into their conversation.
If your product already solves a useful problem, we can make one valuable workflow available to agents through MCP. Your website, customer relationship and commercial model remain yours.
We agree the workflow and permissions, connect it to your existing product, and check that someone can complete the task from a compatible assistant. That gives you a working integration, connection instructions and evidence of what actually ran.
Judge the result by useful task completion and customers coming back. A directory listing is only a way in.

In an assistant that supports remote MCP servers, add this URL using Streamable HTTP:
https://nextrole.site/api/mcpNo NextRole API key is required. Start with a synthetic CV and ask the assistant to use
ats_lint. Availability and usage limits apply. The assistant’s connection support and its own permissions still apply.Connection guide and tool reference ↗
This is our own commercial product, not a commissioned client result. Tool availability does not establish repeat use, revenue or an employment outcome.
Live checks covered CV linting and role scoring; the other three tools were listed but not exercised. The latest scoring check returned 5.9/10, with matching text and structured results. This is model-assessed fit for the fictional example, not a probability of being hired.
NextRole’s remote MCP server exposes five career tools: CV checks, role matching, job search, job-description retrieval and CV tailoring. People can use those capabilities through a compatible assistant, with the website available for the wider product journey.
Traction · Hyperdrift product · private pilot
Keep every customer promise in view.
Traction puts an app’s customers, promises and results on one board and proposes the next move from the evidence.
The board at work · 47 s · Traction’s own launch board, real records. Voice and score made with ElevenLabs. Read the walkthrough
Your app is live. Your customers are real. Here’s how it grows from here. One board holds your evidence, names the one thing in the way, and proposes your next customer move. You decide. It becomes a promise, with an owner and a time. Kept promises carry their result. A missed promise stays in view until it’s recovered. Nothing waits on memory. Gates open on evidence. Never on a date. That’s what moves the count: one kept move at a time. An AI operator prepares every move. You sign it. We run our own launch on this board. From zero. In public. Yours starts with a first read. Ask for one.
Traction runs a private pilot with two partner apps and is launching itself on its own board, in public. Other founders start with a first read of their live app.
Standup
Find the next useful action.
Explore a repository brief, with source checking still needed before acting on its recommendations.

Public prototype · Standup A GitHub handle becomes a proposed contribution brief, available on the web, in the terminal and through an MCP preview. Live checks found unsupported claims about waiting time and CI coverage; recommendations still need checking against the linked source.
